Susan & Rob where married on the 6th June at the Holiday Inn Portsmouth.

I find a lot of people avoid these venues as not good enough photography wise for a wedding venue, but i say this isn't true if your photographer is good enough, there was so many great places to take fantastic shots with fantastic staff at the Holiday inn to assist myself in capturing some great pictures that i am sure Susan & Rob will treasure for many, many years to come.

The staff at the Holiday Inn where first class and the wedding run perfectly with all enjoying a great day.

Susan & Rob where the stars of the day in more ways than one, yes it was there wedding day but from a photographers point of view they where Diamonds.

Wedding Photographs taken at the Lyndhurst Park Hotel.

As a photographer you find some venues to be resticted when it comes to finding great shots , but i cant say this of the Park hotel.

I found so many great places to shoot this wonderful couple and hope you can see this in some of the shots shown here.

This seems to be a thing i say alot when it comes to my work but it is true when i say i had a great day with Selina & Kevin aswell as there Family and friends, thank you all for making my day even more enjoyable than normal.

Rachel & Stuarts Lyndhurst wedding 22nd May 2009

The wedding ceremony was held at Southampton's registry office.
The reception was held in the lovely old crown hotel in the heart of the town of Lyndhurst.
As always i find myself having a fantastic day doing my work which was made so easy to do with a lovely couple like Rachel & Stuart.

Emily & Olivers Wedding 28th Febuary 2009

The Wedding of Emily & Oliver was held at the lovely St Peters Church Ropley.
With no photography allowed during the service we had to create some of the shots later, you would have thought this would have put a dent in the days story book photography but far from it.
Emily & Oliver allowed us to take them onto the lovely old train station at Ropley where we acquired some fantastic shots including some with the trains themselves as they pulled into the station.
We all went from there onto the reception venue at the Winchester Hotel, what a great venue with so many fantastic photo opportunities and lovely staff, i would recommend to anyone.
Emily & Oliver make a perfect couple and i wish them both all the happiness for the future.
I would like to send a big thank you to my assistant and friend for the day Lisa.

Natalie & Kevins Wedding 21/2/09

This was a lovely day with the weather staying fine all day which doesn't seem the norm these days especially with the rotten weather we have been having.

Natalie and Kevin make a lovely couple and this was so easy to see through the day with the way they looked at each other.

Portchester Castle Wedding Maria & Gary Flynn

On the 31st Jan 2009 Maria & Gary where married at st Marys church in the grounds of Portchester castle Hampshire.

With high winds and a bitter chill in the air this wedding was a challenge and a half on all fronts,

But working with a great couple in Maria and Gary the day just passed without any hitches.

With the weather playing such a large part to this great day, i can say it never took center stage, not when you have a lovely couple in Maria & Gary with smiles on there faces all day and the wonderful way they could laugh at anything and allowed myself to create the shots they will treasure for the rest of there lives.

2009 has started well for Gosport Photographer Paul Shergold of Sheer-gold Photography with a string of portrait shoots and a 50th Birthday party.

With just a week to go before His first wedding of the season, Paul is very confident of a great year ahead with Bookings up by 30%.

Sheer-Gold Photography has taken the decision not to raise there prices this year with the credit crunch taking hold and this is proving a great move with his clients, not only are you getting a great price but also Award winning standard Photography.

2008 was a very successful year for Sheer gold photography with wedding bookings up by 25% and 2009 looking even better.

Wedding photography in the county of Hampshire to myself is very competitive as with all counties, but i feel Hampshire must be one of the toughest with its grand venues and the weather being far more milder than the rest of England.
